These forms can best be acquired by clicking on the Home page (menu at left) and
downloading them. If you choose to get the forms from this page, you can cut and paste the forms
by holding down the left -click button on your mouse at the beginning of a form and then scrolling down to the end
of the form. At the end of the form, release the left-click button on your mouse, and then pushCtrl & C.
Open up your word processor (WordPad or Notepad will work fine) and then push Ctrl & V. Repeat
